Length:
Undercar Specialist - 2 years (304 hours of classroom/4000 hours of OJT)
Automotive Technician - 4 years (644 hours of classroom/8000 hours of OJT)
Description: This automotive program consists of a planned sequence of instruction with two occupational completion points (OCPs). It allows students to combine classroom experience and hands-on shop activities.
Articulation Agreement(s): St. Petersburg College Industrial Management Technology, A.A.S. Degree
Industry Certification(s): National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) – various certifications
Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) – Section 609 Certification
